Order Cancellation Policy

At Trendno, we understand that sometimes you may need to cancel an order. Please read our cancellation policy carefully to know when and how cancellations are allowed.

Order Cancellation Before Dispatch

You can request to cancel your order only before it has been dispatched from our warehouse.

  • Cancellation requests must be raised as soon as possible after placing the order.
  • Once the order is shipped, it cannot be cancelled.

How to Request a Cancellation

To cancel your order, please contact our support team with your order details. Our team will verify the request and confirm the cancellation if the order has not yet been dispatched.

Refund After Cancellation

If your order is successfully cancelled before dispatch:

  • Prepaid orders: The refund will be processed to the original payment method within 5–7 business days.
  • Cash on Delivery (COD) orders: No refund is required since payment was not collected.

Cancellation Not Allowed

Orders cannot be cancelled in the following cases:

  • Once the order has been shipped or dispatched
  • If the delivery attempt has already been made
  • For refusal of delivery after shipment

Important Note

Trendno reserves the right to cancel any order due to reasons such as stock unavailability, pricing errors, or suspicious transactions. In such cases, a full refund will be processed for prepaid orders.
