Order Processing

All orders are processed within 1–2 business days after order confirmation. Orders placed on weekends or public holidays will be processed on the next working day.

Once your order is dispatched, you will receive a tracking number via SMS or email to track your shipment.

Delivery Time

We currently ship within India only.

  • Standard Delivery: 4–8 business days after dispatch

Shipping Charges

Shipping charges are calculated automatically at checkout based on your delivery location and order value.

  • Free shipping offers is available on minimum order values.
  • Any applicable charges will be clearly shown before payment.

Cash on Delivery (COD)

We offer Cash on Delivery (COD) on eligible PIN codes across India.

  • COD availability depends on your delivery location.
  • An additional ₹50 Cash on Delivery (COD) fee will be displayed at checkout.
  • Partial payment may be required for some COD orders.

Order Tracking

Once shipped, you can track your order using the tracking link shared via SMS or email. If you do not receive tracking details, please contact our support team.

Failed or Returned Deliveries

If a delivery fails due to incorrect address, customer unavailability, or refusal to accept the order, the shipment may be returned to us.

In such cases, re-shipping or return charges may apply.

Damaged or Missing Packages

Please inspect your package at the time of delivery. If the package appears damaged or incomplete, you may refuse delivery and notify us immediately.

Non-Shipping Days

We do not dispatch orders on public holidays or Sundays. Orders placed during these periods will be processed on the next working day.
