Returns
We accept returns only in cases where the product received is damaged, defective, or incorrect.
- The return request must be raised within 48 hours of delivery.
- You must share clear images or an unboxing video of the product showing the issue.
- Products must be unused and in original packaging.

Refunds
Once your return request is approved, the refund will be processed as per the original payment method.
- Prepaid orders: Refunds are processed within 5–7 business days.
- Cash on Delivery (COD) orders: Refunds are issued via bank transfer or UPI.
Please note that shipping charges (if any) are non-refundable.
Replacement Policy
In case of damaged or defective products, we may offer a replacement instead of a refund, depending on product availability.
Non-Returnable Items
The following items are not eligible for return or refund:
- Products damaged due to misuse or mishandling
- Items without original packaging
- Requests raised after 48 hours of delivery
Cancellation Policy
Orders can be cancelled only before dispatch. Once the order has been shipped, cancellation requests will not be accepted.
